Leigh Ann Hutchens, RN, BSN, MHA, HCS-D, HCS-O, HCS-H, COS-C, is the Founder and President of Clover Consulting LLC, bringing more than 18 years of progressive experience across the home health continuum.
Her career spans roles as a field clinician, Director of Nursing, Quality Director, and OASIS and Coding Educator—providing a unique blend of frontline clinical expertise and executive-level operational insight. Leigh Ann is widely recognized for her expertise in OASIS accuracy, ICD-10 coding, regulatory compliance, and documentation integrity, helping agencies improve both quality outcomes and financial performance.
Through Clover Consulting, she partners with home health organizations nationwide to strengthen compliance, optimize reimbursement, and implement sustainable quality improvement strategies. Her work emphasizes practical, real-time solutions, including audit systems, clinician education, and proactive regulatory guidance.

Melanie Gillum-Potter, RN, HCS-O, HCS-D is a dedicated healthcare quality professional with a specialized focus on OASIS review, coding accuracy, and clinical documentation integrity. Melanie brings more than 15 years of progressive experience to the Clover Consulting leadership team, having served in both quality and director-level roles.
